BURGLARY CHARGE
C.LO. Official Arrested
(Received December 17, 8.20 p.m.) - a Los Angeles, December 16. The police have arrested Arthur Kent, an alleged Communist leader, his wife, and Tom Johnson, an official of the Committee for Industrial Organisation, and charged them with burglary of property valued at many thousands of dollars, taken from scores of Boverly Hills homes. ■ Kent declared that the stolen property represented "compulsory social taxation.” -i
