Reciprocity Tokio, March 30. Mr. Eliot R. Davis, of Auckland, honorary consul for Japan in New Zealand, who is touring western Japan, stated in an interview in Kobe, that he hoped to organise a Japan-New Zealand trade association to promote reciprocal trade.
