EASTER IN BRITAIN
(British Official Wireless.) Rugby, March 30. The early Easter meant a cold Easter for the British Isles, but throughout the holiday there was practically no rainfall and a considerable amount of sun in most places, particularly in Ireland and the west of England. It was distinctly weather for walking, and more people were to be seen in the little villages and on country paths than in most times.
