BARRYMORE DIVORCE
Hollywood. March .16. Mrs. Elaine Barrymore to-day denied reports that she was abandoning the divorce suit against her husband because she still loves him. “There has been a temporary delay, but for purely business reasons,” she said. “John and I cannot get along, and I am going ahead with the divorce.” John Barrymore, at 54. married Elaine Barrie, his fourth wife, aged 23, in November. Their marriage lasted exactly two months. After they parted be became bankrupt, aud she dropped her alimony claim of £6OO a month.
