Borough Councils to
Contribute
The borough councils of Lower and Upper Hutt last evening agreed to contribute their quota toward the cost of the Thorndon ramp. At Lower Hutt the Mayor, Mr. J, W. Andrews, explained that the nnj™al cost would not be much more than Upper Hutt’s contribution will total £238. ?
