MORNING TEA
The ladies’ auxiliary of tiie Navy League gave a farewell morning tea yesterday for Mrs. Vaughan Morgan. Mrs. L. O. 11. Tripp, president, received tiie guests, among whom were: Mesdames W. J. M. I.arnach, Patrick Marshall. Lance Moore, Walker, Middleton, Seymour, Adams, Reid, Blackie, Gibson. Stott, McLean, Miss Cable.
An enjoyable evening was held recently at S. P. Andrew’s studio by members of the Social Service Guild Old Girls' Association, ’Wellington Girls’ College. Au interesting talk on Shakespeare's plays was given by Mrs. Martyn Williams, assisted and demonstrated by Miss Sybil Williams ami Miss Betty Smith. A vote of thanks was proposed by Miss Roma Bitos.si. A dainty supper was served by the committee. Airs. W. D. Urquhart presided.
