FREE AMBULANCE

Street Day at Lower Hutt, Petone and Eastbourne There will bo a street day to-day at Petone, Lower Hutt, and Eastbourne, in aid of the funds of the Wellington Free Ambulance. Everyone knows how efficiently these places are served, night and day, by the Free Ambulance, and as there is only the one street day in the year for this purpose, it is anticipated that the response will be a generous one. Mrs. Harold Martin, of the Ngaronm Croquet Club, has organised a women’s committee to undertake the collection in Petone.
