Populating New Zealand
Sir, —In reference to New Zealand’s need of more population, I should imagine that the Goevrnment’s policy of 15/- a day or thereabouts for labourers would result in an invasion sufficient to double or treble our present population.—l am, etc., N.Z. Wellington, March 19.
