At (he League Council’s private session it was suggested that further debate on Hie Franco-Belgian “condemnation” resolution should be deferred until the German delegates arrived. Consequently the Council will resume its debate this afternoon whether Herr von Ribbentrop arrives in time to attend or not. INTERNATIONAL LABOUR European Crisis Discussed (Britlsti Official Wireless.) Rugby, March 17. An International Labour Conference, called to consider the European situation, began deliberations in London today with a meeting of the Council of the International Federation of Trade i nions. The executive of the Labour and S'-cialist International will meet tomorrow, and in the evening, the National Council of the British Labour movement will consider the outcome of these preliminary discussions, and also the general situation.
