Stephenson was then given a trial with the bah, and clean bowled Wiren. and then trapped Hollings leg-before, securing two wickets for no runs. Hollings hit one six and seven fours in his 47. Boyes played soundly for 34 retired, and, in a fading light, the remainder of the side fared badly, the innings closing at 6.15 for 160, 36 runs behind, Mrs. Hain made a capable scorer. FATHERS Match at Scots College Tlie boys of Scots College, Miramar, beat a team composed of parents of boys in the annual cricket match between boys and parents yesterday afternoon by two wickets and 27 runs. Each team had one innings in the match, which was played at the college. The fathers batted first and knocked up 111, to which Murphy (30) was the most substantia] contributor.
