Returns For Wairarapa Institutions Dominion Special Service. Masterton. March 18. According to the return of patients for tin? month of February submitted at today's monthly meeting of the Wairarapa Hospital Board, 93 patients were admitted to the Masterton hospital during that period as compared with 99 in the corresponding month of last year, while 105 were discharged. as against 99 iu February, 1935. There were 95 inmates at tbe end of the mouth, as compared with 103 at tbe same date last year. The daily average was 101.55, while for the same period last year the daily average was 97.53. Twenty-four patients were admitted to and 24 discharged from the Greytown hospital during the month, as agtontt 24 and 2S respectively in February. 1935. There were 13 inmates in this institution at the end of February last, while there were only nine at tbe end of the previous February. There was three admissions mid two discharges recorded at the Buchanan Home during the month, there being none in either case during February of lust year. At the end of February. 1935. there wore 54 inmates in this home: al tbe end of last month there were 51. The Paluatu.-i hospital return disclosed that 37 patients were admitted, 34 discharged. and 17 remaining in the institution at the end of the month, as compared with 25 admissions. 32 discharges, and 1C inmates for the corresponding period last year.
