Wellington to Auckland in Ten Hours COMFORTABLE RIDING By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, July 23.The possibilities of the sedan type of rail motor vehicle were again demonstrated to-day, when the car used by tlie General Manager of Railways, Mr. G. 11. Maekley, made the trip from Wellington to Auckland in the actual running time of just over ten hours.

The party left Wellington at 7.50 o’clock this morning and reached Auckland railway station at 7.29 pan. Stops totalling 9-1 minutes were made on tie way. so the actual running time was 10 hours 5 minutes.

Mr. Maekley expressed complete satisfaction with the running of the car, and said that at 50 miles an hour Hie party rode in the utmost comfort.
