Borough Council at its meeting held on Friday, February S, 1935, and in exercise of the powers contained in By-law No. 1, 1928, resolved to prohibit the use of water for any one or more of the purposes deemed to be an extraordinary supply. I therefore give notice that on and after the first publication of this notice the use of water for ponds, fountains, and the like; and for watering gardens by means of a hose or other appliances, is absolutely prohibited until further notice. This prohibition applies to all installations whether a water meter is fixed or not,, and noncompliance with the notice will be followed by' prosecution.
