A report on the damage to power lines in the Manawatu by the storm which passed over the district last Saturday afternoon was presented to yesterday’s meeting .of the Manawatu-Oroua Power Board by the engineer, Mr. W. A. Waters. Mr. Waters stated that the repairs to the board’s system would cost under £75.
