LAST WEEK’S TRADING Host sections of the stock and share markets showed; a firm front J'® s Business was:fairly brisk, and there w a good turnover, particularly in bants and miscellaneous trading and industrial of Government loans were hard to find, and trading was restricted. An active demand brought a slightly firmer tone into quotations. Miscellaneous industrial and tradlDissues were active and firm. Coloma. Sugars sold up to £4l/5/-. Woolwpr ths (N.Z.). Ltd., sold strongly at £9/15/-.. No improvement was shown by mining shares, which were dull on a restricted' turnover.
