BIBLE IN SCHOOLS
Nelson Committee’s Motion By Telegraph.—l’rcss Association. Nelson, August 22. The Nelson committee of the Bible-in-Schools’League, the members of which lare responsible for carrying out Bible teaching in Nelson schools under the Nelson system, passed the following motion: “That whereas under the Nelson svstem only about half of the children in the province are reached, and whereas it is impossible to reach all isolated schools, this branch of the league, all the members of which are teachers under the Nelson system, strongly urge the passing of the Bill now before the House.”
