S.M.. in the Petone Magistrate’s Court yesterday when Henry Kilkolly, aged 22, Henry Collins, George Wallace Thompson and Bruce McGavin, all aged 17. were charged with the theft of three pairs of roller skates valued at £3. After hearing tbe evidence, the magistrate amended the charge to one of committing mischief, and lined Kilkolly and Collins each £3. McGavin was fined £l, and Thompson was convicted and discharged. Detective McLennan said that Kilkolly and Collins had been before the court previously.
