ENGAGEMENT'
ROBERTS—NIBLOGK. Beatrice Ann, youngest daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. A. M. Niblock, of Havelock North (formerly of Christchurch) and Leicester Tredinnick, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. A. IV. Roberts, of Merivale, Christchurch.
The sisters of St. Joseph’s Orphanage, Upper Hutt, desire to thank Mr. Chappell, of'the Trentbam Y.M.C.A.. for the very successful ijnd enjoyable picture entertainment he presented recently in aid of the funds of the Orphanage. Much appreciated items were rendered by the boys of St. Patrick’s College, Silverstream, while those of St. David’s and St. Joseph’s gave a gymnastic display. They also desire to thank Mesdames Quinn. O’Sullivan and O'Flaherty, Upper Hutt, who organised the successful dance held recently, the financial returns of which were augmented by a. further proof of Mrs. Macarthy-Reid's ever-ready help in all charitable causes. ..
