' I During the past year regular visits bad been paid to Porirua Hospital, the Aus- ’ tin Street Boys’ Home, the Miramar 1 Receiving Home and the Borstal Insti- , tution. Concerts were taken to Porirua every month, and various supplies - had been distributed to the patients. The ' club thanked all who had assisted in ’ carrying out the social work. The election of officers resulted as follows: — President, Professor F. P. Wilson ; vicepresidents, Professors Hunter, Cornish, Kirk and Gould, Dr. J. U. Williams and Mr. J. M. A. Hott; secretary and organiser, Mr, R. Lindsay Page; assistant secretary and organiser, Miss A. Mason; treasurer. Mr. J. MacKenzie; committee, Misses M. Godfrey, V. Wilson. N. Webber, Messrs. J. Warring, S. J. Baker and Wright. It is proposed to follow J the 1030 programme again this year, and any assistance from interested indi- I viduals either in regard to supplies or transport will be greatly appreciated. J
