PILOTS FOR AIR PAGEANT

Aucklanders Leave To-day Dominion Special Service. Auckland, March 12. The longest flight to be undertaken by club-trained pilots of the Auckland Aero Club to attend a pageant will commence at noon to-morrow, when five machines will leave for ■ Masterton to compete in the New Zealand Aero Club's North Island display. Tiie machines, which will be under the command of Flight-Lieutenant D. M. Allen, will fly via New Plymouth, where they will refuel. The return trip will be commenced at. 10 a.tn. on Sunday, and the journey will be made via Hastings.
