Australian Crisis TRADES UNION REPORT Sydney, September 13. Far-reaching proposals were contained in a report submitted by a subcommittee on unemployment and the financial position at a special interstate conference of the Australasian Council of Trades Unions. Among the recommendations made were that to free the credit resources of the country the Federal Government should provide twenty million sterling; that the decisions of the Premiers’ Conference be repudiated by the Federal and .State Labour Governments, and the Loan Council be dlssolvei.
