IMPORTANT PROVISION OF BRITISH BILL

By its most imp tant provision a pension of 10/- a week is granted to widows over 55 yt.irs old of insured men i ... had died or attained the age of 70 before 1920. Under the 1925 Act the, grant of pensions to widows of insured men was not made retros.iective. The new Bill will add 500.000 to the number of widows receiving pensions.
