MENNONITES IN RUSSIA
REFUGE IN. CANADA DELAYED (Rec. November 27, 5.5 p.m.) Ottawa, November 26 Five thousand Mennonites, now in Russia, seeking refuge in Canada, will not be admitted during the winter, the Minister of Immigration and Colonisation, Mr. Forke, announced on Tues day. He intimated the possibility of the refugees being admitted in the spring when conditions are more favourable.
