(b) THAT you have commited an available act of bankruptcy as follows; THAT you have not complied within the time specified with the requirements of a Bankruptcy Notice under the above-mentioned Act bearing date the 4th day of September, 1929, and served upon you ou the 19th day of September, 1929, nor have you satisfied this Court that you have a counterclaim set off or cross demand which equals or exceeds the judgment debt, and which .you could not set up' in the action in which the Judgment was obtained. (c) THAT the Petitioning Creditor has no security for the said debt. NOW THEREFORE TAKE NOTICE that you are hereby summoned to attend and appear at a sitting of this Honourable Court to be held at WANGANUI on Saturday,- the 14th day of December, 1929, at 16 o’clock in the forenoon, or as soon thereafter as Counsel can be heard in that behalf, to show cause why you should not be adjudicated bankrupt.
