In the House of Commons, Mr. A. Henderson (Foreign’Secretary) told a questioner that he had asked the Norwegian Government to communicate with the Soviet regarding the Dominions’ desire to be included in the guarantee against propaganda. Asked whether as soon as British and Russian Ambassadors were exchanged he would take the earliest opportunity to clear up the differences of opinion regarding the Third International, Mr. Henderson said the object of resumption was to secure better relations all round.
