TO-DAY’S WEATHER FORECAST.
Meteorological Office, Wellington, Monday, November 25, 1929, 4 p.m. Pressure of the westerly type continues to prevail. A moderate depression crossed the Dominion yesterday, while another ' and deeper one is
situated over the Tasman Sea. Northerly winds from Canterbury northwards. Elsewhere variable at first, but northerlies soon prevailing generally and freshening. Seas rather rough on parts of the coast south of Cape Egmont; elsewhere smooth to moderate. Strong north winds to gales in the Eastern
Tasman Sea, with rough seas. Weather unsettled and cloudy in the western districts from Taranaki southwards, with rain, and at places thunder; some heavy falls In Westland. Mainly fair to cloudy in eastern provinces, but some scattered . showers on parts of the Canterbury coast. Warm temperatures.
