MILK SALES BY-LAW
USE OB’ TOKENS OR COUPONS. Yesterday afternoon, at a special meeting, the City Council passed a resolution making the following law, to be known as the "Wellington City Milk Sale Amendment By-law, 1929”: — “Clause 13 of The Wellington City Milk Sale By-law, 1928, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new sub-clauses: — “(5) No person other than a person duly appointed for that purpose by the council shall supply milk or cream to any other person in the city, either wholly or partly, in exchange for any token’ or coupon issued by the corporation. , ~ “(G) No person other than the owner thereof shall remove any token or coupon placed in any position for the purpose of obtaining a supply of milk or cream unless such person shall be authorised so to do by the owner or by the council.
