GENERAL HIGGINS DEFENDS ADMINISTRATION THE TRUST PROPERTY IN BRITAIN London, October 29. General Higgins, replying to allegations regarding the internal administration of the Salvation Army, denies the existence of a vendetta of persecution. He declares that the present regime is maintaining constitutional administration. General Higgins, with the consent of the Solicitor-General, will apply for a writ transferring from the late General Booth’s executors to himself for administrative purposes on behalf of the Army its trust property in Britain, worth a million sterling.
