VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that A' by Proclamation under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand dated the 11th day of July, 1929, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 18th July, 1929, the land described in the First Schedule hereto was taken (subject to an agreement to lease dated the 21st day of September, 1920, made between Walter Francis, of Wellington, Settler, and William Alexander, of the same place, Grocer, and expiring on or about the twenty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirty) for street purposes, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto .was taken (subject to the aforementioned agreement to lease) in connection with Streetwidening under the Public Works Act, 1928, the said proclamation to take effect on and after the thirty-first, day of July, One thousand nine hundred and twentynine. „ FIRST SCHEDULE: Approximate area of the piece of land taken for street purposes: 3.19 perches.
