UNDEFENDED CASES. Decrees nisi, to be made absolute in three calendar months, were granted in the Supreme Court yesterday by the Chief Justice (Hon. M. Myers), in the following undefended divorce cases:—Eileen Beatrice Hey v. Joseph Albert Hey, desertion : Ethel May Newport v. Reginald Joseph Thomns Newport (desertion) ; George William Westwood v. Ethel Cocking Westwood, deed of separation : Doris May O'Sullivan v. Fergus O’Sullivan, mutual separation; James Whitfield Hayes v. Ethel Holmwood Hayes, constructive desertion; Clarice Daphne Carter v. Edward Percy Carter, deed of separation; Una Cronk Buick v. William Brown Buick, agreement to separate.
