XrOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at -kv a Special Meeting of the Upper Hutt Borough Council held on the 10th day of June, 1929, it was resolved that the Council proceed to raise a Loan of £475 for the purpose of paying its share of the cost of the Erection of a Concrete Bridge over the Hutt River, Subject to the following terms and conditions: . '•••• 1— TERM OF LOAN: 30 years- from January 1, 1929. 2— INTEREST: 6 Per Cent. 3— SPECIAL RATE: l/20th of a Penny in the £ on unimproved value of all rateable property in the Borough, to secure repayment of Loan, Interest, and Sinking Fund of 1J Per Cent. per annum. 4— UOST of Raising Loan only to be paid out of the Loan. NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that the resolution epibodying the above will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Boyough Council’s.
