These covered a wide range of subjects, dealing with finance administration, care of returned soldiers, unemployment, canteen funds, representation on Appeal Board, and other activities of the Dominion' and allied associations. It was stated by Colonel Hall that similar applications had been received last winter, and granted under the same conditions, and ?8 a result employment had been found for a number of returned men out of work, while the improvements had been carried out in a most satisfactory manner.
