BY-LAW AND CIVIL CASES By-law cases were dealt with by Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. On a charge of exposing fruit for sale not properly covered, Simon Edilson was fined £l. m r Lionel T. Bramley was fined 10s. for failing to stop on request, and Jcffln Burley and Robert Lee were each, ordered to pay costs only, 10s., for a similar offence. Unka Moran was fined 10s. for obstructing a crossing with a fruit barrow. Jens H. Petersen was fined £1 for driving in a negligent manner. Claude Mallard was fined £l for negligently driving over an intersection. Parking his car in a prohibited street cost James Martin 10s.
