ULIMAROA FOR SYDNEY. The Huddart, Parker Company’s intercolonial passenger steamer Ulimaroa will sail from AVellington at noon to-day for Sydney, from berth No. 1 north (outer tee), Queen’s AVharf. She is due at Sydney on Tuesday morning. ‘ KUROAV FROM NEAVCASTLE. The Union Company received a radio message yesterday from the Kurow, en route from Newcastle, stating that she will arrive at Napier to-day. The vessel will discharge at Napier, Miramar, Picton, and AVellington. IN ARGYLLSHIRE. The New Zealand Shipping Company advise that the Argyllshire will now leave AVellington at 6 o'clock to-morrow morning for London, via Panama. MAKURA AT PAPEETE. The Union Company’s R.M.S. Makura, from Sydney, via AVellington and Rarotonga, arrived at Papeete at 2 p.m. on Monday, and left at 11 a.m. on Tuesday for San Francisco, where she is due on March 15. She will leave San Francisco on the return voyage on March 20. THE lONIC. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Co.'s liner lonic arrived at Lyttelton at 10.30 a.m. yesterday from Timaru. She will leave Lyttelton this afternoon for AVellington, is due here to-morrow morning, and will sail finally from AVellington at 5 p.m. next Friday for Southampton and London, via Panama. CARGO FROM HALIFAX. Cabled news has been received by the Canadian National Steamships that the Canadian Challenger sailed from Halifax on March 2 with general cargo to discharge at Auckland, AVellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on April 15, and at AVellington about April 20. LYTTELTON EASTER SERVICE. To copb with the extra passenger traffic during Easter, the Union Co.’s intercolonial passenger steamer Marama will leave AVelllngton for Lyttelton at 2 p.m. on AVednesday, March 27. She is to sail from Lyttelton on the return trip on March 28, after the arrival of a special passenger train at 6.49 p.m. from Christchurch. VANCOUVER MAIL SERVICE. The R.M.S. Aorangl left Sydney at 4 p.m. yesterday for Vancouver, via Auckland, Suva, and Honolulu. She is due at Auckland on Monday and will sail again at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. The Niagara left Vancouver at 3 p.m. on AVednesday for Sydney, via Honolulu, Suva, and Auckland. She is due at Honolulu on March 13, at Suva on March 21, at Auckland on March 24, and at Sydney on March 29. MATAROA AT AUCKLAND. After a record passage of 32 days, the Shaw, Savill, and Albion steamer Mataroa arrived in the stream at Auckland late on Tuesday night from London and Southampton. She berthed on AVednesday morning to land her passengers, mails, and part cargo. The vessel left London on January 31 and cleared Southampton, where she picked up her passengers and mails, the following day. Fine weather was experienced throughout the voyage, and had there been no delay at Panama, the vessel would have reached New Zealand in 29 days. The usual deck games and dances, etc., were held during the voyage. The Mataroa brought the following passengers for New Zealand:—First class: For AVellington—Miss L. Clifford, Mrs. P. The New Zealand Shipping Co.’s liner Rimutaka arrived in the stream at AVellington at 6.20 a.m. yesterday from London and Southampton, via Panama. Pratique was granted, and the ship berthed at No. 4 Queen’s AVharf at 9.10 a.m. to disembark passengers ahd put out a small quantity of cargo. The vessel loaded at London and left there on January 24 for Southampton, where she picked up her passengers and mails, resuming her voyage on January 25. Fine weather prevailed for the first three days, but on approaching the Atores strong gales and heavy head seas were encountered, which delayed the progress of the ship. Fine weather then set in and lasted until the vessel was nearing AVellington. when rain was experienced. The Rimutaka brought 79 Angora rabbits, five pedigreed fowls, and three ducks. She will leave AVellington at noon to-day for Port Chalmers to continue discharge of her cargo. Captain E. Holland is in command of the Rimutaka. and his officers are the following:—Chief, Mr. F. C. The liner Ruahine arrived at Auckland yesterday afternoon from AVellington to complete discharge of her cargo from London. The Komata Is to leave AVestport at 8 o'clock to-morrow morning for AVellington, where she is due early on Sunday morning. 'The AVingatui is due at AVellington today from Napier and will sail to-morrow for Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Timaru. The Totara will arrive at AVellington today from Lyttelton, and will sail this evening for New Plymouth. The Cygnet will now leave AVellington to-day for Kaikoura and Lyttelton. She is due back here on Tuesday. The Kia Ora is to get away from Wellington at 6 o'clock this morning for Southampton and London, via Panama. The Hemninius will leave Auckland on Monday for New Plymouth to proceed witli her Homeward loading. The Zealandlc is to clear Bluff at noon to-day for Timaru to continue her Homeward loading. The auxiliary scow Kohi Is due at Wellington to-day with a load of live pigs. She is to sail, this evening for Puponga. The Hororata berthed yesterday at tlie Pipitea AVharf for further loading for London, via Panama. The AVestmorftland left Wellington at noon yesterday for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge of her Liverpool cargo. Tlie Canadian Conqueror is due at Wellington at 10 o'clock this morning from Lyttelton, and will berth at the King’s AVharf to load for New York, Boston, and Montreal. She Is to leave here to-morrow for Auckland. The Port Melbourne left AA’ellington at 6 a.m. yesterday for Auckland to fill up for London. She is to sail finally from the northern port, on Tuesday. The Treworlas is to get. away from Wellington at noon to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete discharge of her New .York cargo.

The Middlesex berthed at tlie King’s Wharf yesterday to unload part of her Liverpool cargo. The vessel will leave here on Wednesday for Lyttelton and Dunedin.
