I/lOTION Picture Exhibitors and others 111 throughout the Dominion of New Zealand are hereby warned that De Forest Phonohlms (N.Z.), Ltd., Leinster Chambers, 21 Grey Street, Wellington, hold, under Special License from Dr. Lee De Forest, New York, U.S.A., the exclusive rights for the exhibition in any way whatsoever, or for the manufacture of any film or motion picture which has the sound photographed on the film, , In view of this, notice is hereby'given to all Exhibitors and others throughout the Dominion of New Zealand, that should they exhibit in any way whatsoever any motion pictur or firm that infrings on the rights held by this Company under the-said License, then the Company will immediately take full advantage of the laws of- the Dominion to prevent them from showing or exhibiting such film in any way whatsoever and thus infringing on the rights held by this Company under the Special License granted to it.
