COMPENSATION TO WORKERS
COST TO NEW SOUTH WALES (Australian Presa Association.) Sydney, March 6. Statistics covering the operation of the Workers Compensation Act show that the total compensated injuries for the year ended June 30 last were 61,000, and compensation paid in all cases amounted to £733,965, a sum nearly double that of the previous year.
