SALVATION ARMY
PROPERTY HELD IN BRITAIN Australian Press Assn.—United Service. London, March 5. General Higgins, of the Salvation Army, lias announced that Commissioner Henry Mann has been appointed Chief of Staff. Commissioner Mapp, with Commissioners Mitchell, Hurren, Laurie, Lamb, Jeffries, and Unsworth, will form a commission to inquire into the best method of holding the Army’s property and assets in Britain.
