Passing a stationary tramcar cost Finlay O. Malcolm 10s. Ernest Moilier was fined £1 for overloading a motor-lorry. Turning in a prohibited street.cost Edward R. Norman 10s. Hector Pearson was fined £5 for not having a heavy traffic license. Sing On Tie was fined ss. for exposing vegetables for sale on the footpath. Leaving an express, parked more than 12 inches from the footpath cost William H. Smith 10s. Soma Dullahh was fined ss. for not having a registration number on his vehicle. On a charge of leaving his car unattended, Daniel Tonkins was convicted and discharged. . Clarence R. Wenden was fined £2 for cutting a corner.
