MYSTERIOUS ASSAILANT (Australian Press Association.) Miami Beach (Florida), Feb. 25. Jack Dempsey has notifled tlie police that he was shot at in his bedroom by an unidentified man in the early morning. Dempsey side-stepped as the shot was fired and the bullet embedded itself in the wail.
