Australian Press Association. (Rec. February 27, 12.10 ii.m.) London, February 26. The Paris correspondent of “The Times” reports that another relapse has considerably shaken Marshal Foch, the' doctors’ examination revealing fresh symptoms of pulmonary congestion. They declared afterwards that it would be best to be neither optimistic nor pessimistic.
