CRITICISM OF NATIONAL ASSO-
CIATION

At to-night’s annual , meeting of the Manawatu Whippet Club, trenchant; criticism of the National Whippet Association was expressed and the method of handling the affairs of the sport, but it was decided to hold over the matter of: secession until the annual meeting of the National Association in August; In. the’ meantime steps are to be taken to gauge the support likely to be obtained for the formation of a North Island Association with headquarters at Palmerston ■ North.
