Mosley, SAL, m the Mn'-istrate’s Court to-day, on two charges of the theft of £986 and £3OO rcnot think that Batchelor’s mentnlitv is conductive to his admission to bail,” said the Magistrate in refuswg counsel's application for bail, and grant/ ing a remand till March 5.
