MOTORING AT DAY’S BAY

At Day's Bay on holidays, the lot of the motorist is not a particularly happyone. Not only has he to look round a good deal in search of a parking place, but when in motion, he is harassed by other forms of traffic, particularly pedestrian. On Saturday, to add to the “terrors of the road.” certain youths on roller skates decided to make a rink of the bitumen track. The spectacle of one skater being towed by a motor-cycle at a great rate of speed was stimulating, but scarcely in accord with “safety- first” principles.
