MAGISTRATE’S COURT
Police cases in the Magistrates’ Court on Saturday were heard before Mr. J. 11. Salmon, S.M. Patrick Sullivan, alias Holland, a labourer, aged 51, who had a list of OS previous convictions, was fined £l, in default seven days’ imprisonment, for a. third statutory offence of drunkenness. -Charles McCartney, a fireman, aged 45. was fined £2, in default seven days’ imprisonment, on a charge of behaving in a disorderly manner while drunk.
