Klotz, the former Minister, charged with issuing valueless cheques, before the examining Magistrate declared that he was the victim of. hiff own imprudence. lie .was firmly convinced when he drew the cheques that they would he met. He relied on the money coming in. He had not intended to swindle, anybody.
