CHARGE OF CONSPIRACY TO FOMENT REBELLION

Budapest, December 28.
Scheyer and Dan, leaders of the workers’ organisation known as the Fascist Association, arrested before Christmas on a charge of collecting money for an illegal purpose, are now charged with conspiracy to foment rebellion and overturn the social order.
The prosecution • alleges that they were preparing a most audacious plot for the purpose of capturing the whole Hungarian Government during its sitting. The police are still tracing the ramifications of tba affair.,..
