At the annual meeting to be held in'London bn January 14 the directors will recommend that a final dividend be declared, making a total' of 9 per cent, for the year (less income- tax, 4s. in the £1), this absorbing £63,000, and that £50.000 be carried to the reserve and that £45.793 be car-, ried ’ ..
