DYSENTERY OUTBREAK
ALARM IN JAPAN (“Times" Cables.) (Rec. December 28, 10.45 p.m.) Tokio, December 28. The naval authorities are alarmed at the persistence of dysentry at Yokohama. An outbreak aboard the warship Kaga prior to a review, which was believed to have been checked, has since spread rapidly on the warships, and there are many cases ashore.
