A SPIRITED BOUT McINNIS GETS DECISION FROM MACDONALD (By Telegraph.— ress Association.) Auckland, December 27. A return professional boxing contest between Tommy Mclnnis (Scotland) and Lachie Macdonald (Dunedin) tonight was won by Mclnnis on points at the end of the full fifteen rounds. It was one of the finest bouts ever seen at Auckland and drew a crowded house who lustily cheered the contestants. The pace from the start was terrific, Macdonald tiring quicker of the two, but he came again in the last round with a wonderful burst, after being groggy for the two preceding rounds.
