BETWEEN BOLIVIA AND PARAGUAY PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT HOPED FOR (Australian Press Association.) Washington, December 26. The text of the Protocol by which the Pan-American Conciliation Conference hopes to settle the Bolivia-Para-guay border clash, was cabled to the disputing Governments to-day. The answers are not expected before December 29, but conference delegates indicated that they hoped to announce a peaceful and satisfactory solution of the dispute on New Year’s Day. They also declared that both Governments had agreed on all the basic points needed to reach a settlement.
